Dermofasciectomy and Proximal Interphalangeal Joint Replacement in Dupuytrens DiseaseFrom the Repratration General Hospital, Concord, NSW
A case of Dupuytrens Disease is presented in which a combination of dermofasciectomy and proximal interphalangeal joint replacement using a Swansons prosthesis improved hand function and avoided further digit amputation.
