Anatomical Variations of the Extensor Pollicis BrevisFrom the University Hospital, Nottingham
Sixteen arms in eight cadavers were dissected. The extensor pollicis brevis followed the description given in standard anatomy texts in only three out of the sixteen arms. Four out of the eight cadavers showed asymmetry of the extensor pollicis brevis between their two sides.
