An Accessory Superficialis Tendon Involved by Dupuytren's Contracture

A 60-year-old Caucasian male presented with Dupuytren's contracture affecting his left little finger. On exploration he was found to have a band of Dupuytren's tissue attached to an accessory superficialis tendon.
