On the Treatment of Enchondroma

CHRISTHILD WULLE

From the Department of Hand & Plastic Surgery, Dr Erler Clinics, Nuremberg, West Germany

Correspondence: Dr Christhild Wulle, Department of Hand Surgery & Plastic Surgery, The Dr. Erler Clinics, Kontumazgartem 4–18, 8500 Nurnberg 80, West Germany.

We recommend simply removing an enchondroma without filling the cavity with cancellous bone or plaster-of-Paris. This method can also be applied to other benign bone conditions, such as aseptic necrosis.
