Absence of Ulnar Drift in a Rheumatoid Hand with Partial Amputation of the DigitsFrom the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Charing Cross Hospital, London Correspondence: Paul R. W. One year later, she developed rheumatoid arthritis. She was subsequently spared the deformities of ulnar drift and palmar subluxation in the mutilated left hand. The possible causes of ulnar drift are discussed in relation to this patient
