Cross-Arm Dermis Flaps for Repair of Dorsal Finger DefectsFrom the Hand Surgery Service, Mersey Regional Plastic Surgery and Burn Centre, Whiston Hospital, Merseyside Correspondence: Mr A. F. S. Flemming, Senior Registrar in Plastic Surgery, Whiston Hospital, Prescot, Merseyside, L35 5DR Two cross-arm dermis flaps were successfully used to cover distal dorsal defects on the finger where tendon reconstruction was needed. Division after five days allowed early mobilisation.
