High Ulnar Nerve Palsy Caused by the Arcade of StruthersFrom the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, University of Tokyo, Japan Correspondence: Naoyuki Ochiai, MD, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, University of Tokyo, 7–3–1, Hongo Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo 113, Japan. A case of ulnar nerve entrapment neuropathy caused by the arcade of Struthers is reported. Nerve conduction studies showed a complete block and surgical decompression was successful.
