Piso-Triquetral Arthrosis as a Cause of Rupture of the Profundus Tendon of the Little FingerFrom the Hand Surgery Service, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, El Paso, Texas, USA This case report describes a previously unreported case of profundus rupture of the little finger due to arthrosis of the piso-triquetral joint. With heightened awareness of this entity, it is hoped that delays in diagnosis will be avoided.
