Melorheostosis of the HandFrom the Pulvertaft Hand Centre, Derbyshire Royal Infirmary, Derby, UK Correspondence: F. D. Burke, Pulvertaft Hand Centre, Derbyshire Royal Infirmary, London Road, Derby DE1 2QY, UK. We report a case of melorheostosis of the hand which showed a sclerotomal pattern of involvement, with swelling and pain. Surgical debulking resulted in correction of the deformity and relief of pain.
