From the Departments of Orthopaedics, City Hospital, Ichinomiya and University Branch Hospital, Nagoya, Japan

Correspondence: K. Satake MD, Department of Orthopaedics, Ichinomiya City Hospital, 2-2-22 Bunkyo, Ichinomiya, Japan 491.
