Post-Traumatic Double Fingernail DeformityFrom the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Countess of Chester Hospital, Chester, UK Correspondence: Mr S. Mahdi, Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Countess of Chester Hospital, Chester CH2 1UL, UK. We report a 5-year-old boy who developed a complete accessory ectopic nail along the dorsoulnar aspect of the left ring finger after injury. The deformity was corrected by surgical resection of the accessory nail and the underlying nail matrix.
