Desmoid Tumours of the HandFrom the Service de Chirurgie Orthopédique Infantile and the Service dOncologie Pédiatrique, CHRU Brabois Vandoeuvre les Nancy, Nancy, France Correspondence: Dr F. Duteille, 38 rue J. Gruber, 54000 Nancy, France. We report a case of a 3-year-old child with a desmoid tumour of the hand, which is an exceedingly rare location. Desmoid tumours of the hand are difficult to treat because of the many important structures concentrated in the area as well as the infiltrative and recurrent character of these tumours.
