We report the case of an irreparable fracture – dislocation of the ulnar head with a concomitant fracture of the radius (Galeazzi lesion), treated by implantation of a Herbert Ulnar Head Prosthesis®. A stable distal radio-ulnar joint was achieved by careful dissection of a posterior soft tissue flap and accurate reduction of the radius.
