E-mail:OUHSGMR{at}AOL.COM We report a patient with subungual squamous cell carcinoma arising in more than one digit who also had positive immunostaining for human papillomavirus (HPV). The patient worked for a wastewater utility company for 22 years and placed his hands in stagnant wastewater daily.
