Acute Carpal Tunnel Syndrome due to Spontaneous HaemorrhageFrom the Princess Margaret Rose Orthopaedic Hospital, Edinburgh Correspondence: Colin R. Howie, F.R.C.S. Ed., Princess Margaret Rose Hospital, Fairmilehead, Edinburgh. A case of acute carpal tunnel syndrome due to spontaneous haemorrhage is presented. Urgent decompression is suggested as the treatment of choice.
