An Unusual Unilateral Deformity of the Hand: A Case Report

A rare case of a congenital unilateral deformity of the right upper extremity is described consisting of: absence of the carpal bones except the capitate and hamate, absence of the first three metacarpal bones and phalanges and a thumb-like extension to the palm of the dislocated radius.

No hereditary family history was found.
