Abductor Pollicis Longus Musculo-Tendinous Split as a Replacement Motor for Ruptured Extensor Pollicis Longus

The usual existence of multiple tendons of abductor pollicis longus has been utilised to make one of them a motor for ruptured extensor pollicis longus tendon, leaving the remaining musculotendinous unit in its original and essential abductor role.
