Granular Cell Tumour of the HandSapporo

Granular cell tumour is usually a benign tumour arising in the subcutaneous tissues. Its occurrence in the hand, however, is rare. This paper presents two cases of granular cell tumour of index finger and the thumb. One of these was recurrent and cured by radical excision.
